Job Summary
A privately-held clinical software technology company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Customer Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Act as support for the sales team, including study management and various marketing tasks
- Manage support case details in case tracking system
- Receive, respond to, track and direct technical support calls and e-mails from our customers
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience giving presentations, training, or related activity
- Experience with phone and e-mail support
- Experience with Salesforce, SaaS technology, software support
