Job Summary

A privately-held clinical software technology company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Customer Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Act as support for the sales team, including study management and various marketing tasks
  • Manage support case details in case tracking system
  • Receive, respond to, track and direct technical support calls and e-mails from our customers

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience giving presentations, training, or related activity
  • Experience with phone and e-mail support
  • Experience with Salesforce, SaaS technology, software support
