Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Customer Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Proactively monitoring of application behavior
- Responding to customer telephone calls and emails
- Maintaining customer contact and call ticket information within an existing database
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Database experience, including Access and SQL Server
- Team oriented, with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- University or College level in a computer science or technology program (or equivalent)
