Remote Technology Enablement Program Manager
Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Technology Enablement Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Create a structured and scalable approach for onboarding and training customers and partner
- Design and deliver a variety of customer and partner training materials
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of customer and partner enablement programs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience of enabling customers with Data Science and Machine Learning products
- Experience creating and implementing in-class exercises that incorporate real-world application
- Technical proficiency in Python or similar scripting
- Ability to leverage data and metrics to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills
