Job Summary
A transportation company is filling a position for a Remote Title Call Center Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Organizing and directing the daily activities of the call center’s operation
- Managing, training, and guiding call center representatives to execute their tasks
- Monitoring agents and calculating call center performance and analyzing reports
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to have effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to act as a resource for the Customer Service Representatives
- Ability to provide back-up support to the Call Center Manager
- Ability to coordinate and approve the monthly schedule, scheduling requests and call que assignments
