Job Summary

A transportation company is filling a position for a Remote Title Call Center Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Organizing and directing the daily activities of the call center’s operation
  • Managing, training, and guiding call center representatives to execute their tasks
  • Monitoring agents and calculating call center performance and analyzing reports

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to have effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to act as a resource for the Customer Service Representatives
  • Ability to provide back-up support to the Call Center Manager
  • Ability to coordinate and approve the monthly schedule, scheduling requests and call que assignments
