Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Manager to enhance organizational capabilities through engaging learning programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage and deliver complex learning and development initiatives
  • Design and implement leadership and manager development programs to address capability gaps
  • Analyze learning data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs
  • Strong background in talent management, including career development and mentoring
  • Experience in delivering learning in remote environments across multiple modalities
  • Experience in global or regulated environments is a plus
