Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical CSR for remote work.

- Stay updated on POS products, policies, procedures, and regulations through training
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience preferred
- Previous customer service experience in the payments industry
