Senior Training and Development Manager

Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is looking for a Senior Training and Development Manager.

Position Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized onboarding for all new Client Policy Managers (CPM) and Client Service Associates (CSA)
• Coordinate with staff and managers to customize and modify training plans and coordinate training session logistics
• Write and maintain instructional materials such as user manuals, training materials, and process guides

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, preferably as a trainer or similar role
• Experience in creating training and process documentation and presentation materials
• Understanding of CPT-4, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS coding, medical terminology, and medical claims life cycle
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to work independently and balance daily operations and projects
