Job Summary

A company is looking for an SMB Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the company's suite of products and communicate their value to customers
  • Act as a point-of-contact for assigned accounts and delegate/manage tasks as necessary
  • Analyze existing services/contracts to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years' experience supporting customers in a personalized, high-transaction, B2B model
  • Experience supporting a sales strategy and achieving overall customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Windows, and Office
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage tasks effectively under pressure
