Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new Account Executives
- Directly manage the SMB Account Executive team and attend sales meetings for coaching purposes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive key business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of software sales experience; MarTech experience is a plus
- Experience as a Sales Manager at a fast-growing SaaS company
- Strong track record of driving results and team development
- Data-oriented leader with trend analysis skills
- Proven closing skills and experience in outside sales meetings
