Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new Account Executives
  • Directly manage the SMB Account Executive team and attend sales meetings for coaching purposes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive key business objectives
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of software sales experience; MarTech experience is a plus
  • Experience as a Sales Manager at a fast-growing SaaS company
  • Strong track record of driving results and team development
  • Data-oriented leader with trend analysis skills
  • Proven closing skills and experience in outside sales meetings
