Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Support Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a global team of technical support specialists
- Oversee the technical support ticket queue and handle escalated technical concerns
- Continuously assess and enhance technical support processes and develop a comprehensive knowledge base
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in technical customer support or technical support
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Familiarity with agricultural technology or related domains is advantageous
