Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a global team of technical support specialists
  • Oversee the technical support ticket queue and handle escalated technical concerns
  • Continuously assess and enhance technical support processes and develop a comprehensive knowledge base
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical customer support or technical support
  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Familiarity with agricultural technology or related domains is advantageous
