Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Technical Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for customers via email, phone, and remote support sessions
- Support junior colleagues by managing escalations and collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Enhance service delivery by providing feedback, documenting bugs, and relaying product feature requests
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in IDaaS/IAM or SaaS
- Proven ability to troubleshoot authentication protocols and identity services
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized environments
- Basic scripting experience and knowledge of REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows platforms
