Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Technical Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues for customers via email, phone, and remote support sessions
  • Support junior colleagues by managing escalations and collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Enhance service delivery by providing feedback, documenting bugs, and relaying product feature requests
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in IDaaS/IAM or SaaS
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot authentication protocols and identity services
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized environments
  • Basic scripting experience and knowledge of REST APIs
  • Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows platforms
