Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Contact Center Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategy and solutions for technical support services in a high traffic, remote/hybrid work environment
- Oversee the handling and resolution of incidents/issues impacting customers
- Lead strategic planning to achieve employee and customer experience, operational, and financial goals
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years' experience as a call center leader handling mission critical support
- Proficient in call center and contact center affiliated systems and tools
- Knowledge of ITIL as applied to Incident Management and Change Management
- Prior working experience with Databases, Integration, SQL, and Oracle
