Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Contact Center Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategy and solutions for technical support services in a high traffic, remote/hybrid work environment
  • Oversee the handling and resolution of incidents/issues impacting customers
  • Lead strategic planning to achieve employee and customer experience, operational, and financial goals
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years' experience as a call center leader handling mission critical support
  • Proficient in call center and contact center affiliated systems and tools
  • Knowledge of ITIL as applied to Incident Management and Change Management
  • Prior working experience with Databases, Integration, SQL, and Oracle
