Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and troubleshoot complex customer issues, ensuring effective communication with customers throughout the resolution process
  • Implement readiness programs and mentor team members to enhance technical competence and support delivery
  • Provide feedback for product improvement and engage with engineering teams to address product bugs and enhance automation tools
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical support, consulting, or IT experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing cybersecurity incident response
  • 2+ years of configuration management experience with Microsoft Azure Identity or related technologies
  • 2+ years of configuration management experience with Microsoft 365
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements and provide proof of citizenship or residency
