Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for software, hardware, network, and security issues
- Conduct online support meetings and escalate cases requiring advanced technical skill
- Advise customers on network requirements and serve as a subject matter expert for the platform
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with digital media devices and Windows Server or Linux environments
- Working knowledge of databases such as SQL or MY SQL
- Familiarity with TCP/IP networking, DNS, and proxies
- Proficiency in O365 and/or Google Workspace
- Prior experience in a technical support capacity and/or software support
