Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their IT Operations team remotely.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across software, hardware, and network
  • Respond to support tickets, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain process documentation for IT operations
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of MacOS and Windows devices in a corporate environment
  • Experience in technical support or a similar role for at least 3 years
  • Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Desktop Support Technician
  • Familiarity with support desk software and mobile device management applications
  • Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation
