Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their IT Operations team remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across software, hardware, and network
- Respond to support tickets, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner
- Create and maintain process documentation for IT operations
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of MacOS and Windows devices in a corporate environment
- Experience in technical support or a similar role for at least 3 years
- Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Desktop Support Technician
- Familiarity with support desk software and mobile device management applications
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation
