Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve technical customer issues through troubleshooting and customer engagement
- Provide remote support and fixes for complex equipment and software systems
- Create and maintain documentation for technical support processes and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of direct service experience in a customer service/field service-based environment
- Mechanical/Electrical engineering qualifications or relevant work experience
- Experience with client interface at management/senior management levels and commercial/contractual awareness
- Proficient in Salesforce.com, Oracle, and MS Office product suite
- Demonstrated communication skills
