Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve technical customer issues through troubleshooting and customer engagement
  • Provide remote support and fixes for complex equipment and software systems
  • Create and maintain documentation for technical support processes and procedures
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of direct service experience in a customer service/field service-based environment
  • Mechanical/Electrical engineering qualifications or relevant work experience
  • Experience with client interface at management/senior management levels and commercial/contractual awareness
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com, Oracle, and MS Office product suite
  • Demonstrated communication skills
