Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to and resolving technical questions from customers regarding cloud management platforms
- Troubleshooting issues related to cloud environment services, API usage, and application performance
- Maintaining technical documentation and conducting internal team training
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in a customer facing technical support role
- Knowledge of cloud service providers such as AWS and Azure
- Ability to learn quickly and stay updated on product knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals certifications preferred
