Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to and resolving technical questions from customers regarding cloud management platforms
  • Troubleshooting issues related to cloud environment services, API usage, and application performance
  • Maintaining technical documentation and conducting internal team training
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer facing technical support role
  • Knowledge of cloud service providers such as AWS and Azure
  • Ability to learn quickly and stay updated on product knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals certifications preferred
