Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Become a technical expert on the platform and resolve customer issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer bugs, working with engineering as needed
- Contribute to team growth, including hiring, onboarding, and process improvement
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working with customers
- Knowledge of programming and fluency in at least one programming language
- Passion for learning and applying knowledge to solve customer issues
- Prefer working hours of 8-5 Pacific
