Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Responsibilities:
  • Become a technical expert on the platform and resolve customer issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer bugs, working with engineering as needed
  • Contribute to team growth, including hiring, onboarding, and process improvement
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience working with customers
  • Knowledge of programming and fluency in at least one programming language
  • Passion for learning and applying knowledge to solve customer issues
  • Prefer working hours of 8-5 Pacific
