Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer for their remote-based IT Support team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accept requests from users, conduct initial analysis, and suggest solutions
  • Write technical documentation
  • Work closely with the development team to fix defects, implement feature requests, and monitor their execution
Qualifications:
  • Confident user of Windows and macOS systems
  • High technical literacy and understanding of software development and web technologies
  • Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level or above
  • Ability to quickly switch between tasks and maintain context
  • Excellent communication skills, systemic thinking, and high level of responsibility
