Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist 1 to join their Product and Technical Support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist new and existing Notability users by explaining features, clarifying operating instructions, and providing troubleshooting support
- Diagnose technical issues and assist with requests via user-submitted tickets daily
- Track, follow up, and escalate issues to Tier 2 support as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer support, product support, or technical support role
- Minimum 1 year experience with Zendesk Support CRM
- Comfortable learning and communicating technical aspects of applications/software
- Experience with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, or similar software/products is a plus
- Experience working towards and achieving measured customer success metrics
