Job Summary
A contact center has an open position for a Telecommute Bilingual Mandarin Call Center Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers
- Following up on complicated customer interactions where required
- Recording details of customer interactions (proficiently and accurately)
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Basic knowledge of computers e.g navigation, 30+ words per minute, copy/paste, open tabs
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
