Job Summary

A contact center has an open position for a Telecommute Bilingual Mandarin Call Center Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers
  • Following up on complicated customer interactions where required
  • Recording details of customer interactions (proficiently and accurately)

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Basic knowledge of computers e.g navigation, 30+ words per minute, copy/paste, open tabs
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
