A web hosting company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Technical Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering inbound telephone calls
- Providing Level 1 Support & Sales
- Supporting Site Migrations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience with cPanel/WHM & the web hosting industry
- Understanding of shared, reseller, vps and dedicated server hosting
- Experience with WHMCS, Kayako and OpenVZ
- Firm understanding of open source software such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc
- Able to handle web hosting related issues such as DNS, FTP, PHP-based errors, etc
- Reliable high speed internet connection
