Job Summary

A web hosting company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Technical Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering inbound telephone calls
  • Providing Level 1 Support & Sales
  • Supporting Site Migrations

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of experience with cPanel/WHM & the web hosting industry
  • Understanding of shared, reseller, vps and dedicated server hosting
  • Experience with WHMCS, Kayako and OpenVZ
  • Firm understanding of open source software such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc
  • Able to handle web hosting related issues such as DNS, FTP, PHP-based errors, etc
  • Reliable high speed internet connection
