Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training and Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the design, development, and sustainment of specific curricular portfolios
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure the overall success of the assigned curriculum
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years' experience providing instructional design expertise
- Minimum 5 years' experience leading curriculum development projects
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a supervisor in the curriculum development space
- Minimum 3 years' experience creating adult-learning content
- Able to obtain a minimum of NACI for a Veterans Affairs Public Trust Clearance
