While evaluating their employers, employees issued sentiment ratings on elements like how satisfied they are with their company’s benefits options and if their employer’s selection of benefits and perks is a contributing factor to why they stay with the company. To form our list of the 10 best large remote enabled companies with benefits, we reviewed Comparably’s ranking of the highest rated large companies for benefits and perks, then measured those businesses against the Virtual Vocations Remote Companies Database. This allowed us to determine not only which businesses hire employees for fully remote jobs but also how recently the companies posted openings for 100% virtual positions.
