The Annual Fairygodboss Companies List

Fairygodboss is the largest online career community for women. Data from these anonymous reviews is averaged using three key scoring factors for ranking the companies:

*All of the companies ranked in the top 15 Best Remote Companies for Women have posted openings for fully remote jobs as recently as seven days prior to the publication of this report.

Luxoft Holding, Inc

Luxoft Holding, Inc is an IT and software engineering firm that provides clients with technology and engineering solutions, including end-to-end services for the healthcare, media, hospitality, and travel industries.

Across 49 employee reviews submitted to Fairygodboss, employees report the company offers median paid maternity leave of 27 weeks as well as 18 weeks of unpaid maternity leave. Among female employees, 51.02% say Luxoft offers work-life friendly policies. Meanwhile, 75.51% of women say the company culture is work-life friendly.
