Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager, SMB.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive renewals for assigned accounts
- Partner with Customer Success to enhance customer satisfaction
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process to achieve bookings and revenue goals
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of account management experience in the technology/software industry preferred
- Proven track record of managing a large account base and closing renewal deals with SMB customers
- Experience in selling SaaS and enterprise cloud applications
- Success in building relationships with various stakeholders
- Startup sales experience is highly desirable
