Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, SMB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive renewals for assigned accounts
  • Partner with Customer Success to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process to achieve bookings and revenue goals
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of account management experience in the technology/software industry preferred
  • Proven track record of managing a large account base and closing renewal deals with SMB customers
  • Experience in selling SaaS and enterprise cloud applications
  • Success in building relationships with various stakeholders
  • Startup sales experience is highly desirable
