Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center QA Specialist Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and audit calls for assigned Contact Center Specialists, tracking quality scores
  • Coach specialists on process-related issues and document coaching opportunities
  • Conduct quality meetings with supervisors to discuss team quality results
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Six months of customer service experience preferred
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to adhere to an average QA score of 90% or higher
  • Strong skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
