Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coding Services Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the coding department
- Monitor coders' work performance to ensure timely and accurate coding
- Assist with screening/hiring, training, development, and performance management of coding staff
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Health Information Management or related field, or equivalent experience
- Three years of previous coding experience
- Nationally recognized coding credential
- Excellent command of coding classification systems
- Ability to lead a team to a high level of performance
