Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Service Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mid to advanced technical support to customers and internal teams through various communication channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for company solutions and products
  • Manage technician scheduling, end-user communication, and ensure billing accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in computer information/electronic technologies or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing hardware/software solutions
  • Working knowledge of electro/mechanical systems and Microsoft OS and Office Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM, TechSee, ERP, ServiceMax, and Teams
  • A+ Certified and/or Network+ Trained (preferred)
