Strong Account planning and execution skills. Strong track record and history of carrying and exceeding a sales quota. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Strong technical aptitude.
Need to be a US Citizen or a Green Card Holder who has lived in the US 3 of out the past 5 years. Experience in reviewing claims for technical requirements, performing medical review, and/or developing fraud cases. Strong investigative skills. Strong PC knowledge and skills.
Genuinely relish troubleshooting and problem-solving complex puzzles. Experience serving as quality assurance for escalated customer requests and bugs. Have prior knowledge of design practices. Demonstrated technical support experience, preferably in a SaaS B2B setting.
