10 years of experience in the public safety sector with at least two years supervisory experience involving the administration and management of a comprehensive public safety related program, or similar legal experience.
Can effectively communicate an Engagement Plan. Knowledge of legal requirements regarding W2 and 1099, including process and timing. Knowledge and understanding to explain the formulas to calculate Financial and Program ROI.
Legally Able to work in the United States. Minimum of two years' experience working in a virtual, work at home call center required. At least 1 year experience in a high stress call center environment. Internet Explorer 7 or greater required with Mozilla Firefox as needed.
