Prior experience in tax preparation with knowledge of individual, business, non-profit and estate/trust returns. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Strong computer skills: proficiency in Tax software, Excel, Word. Detail oriented & ability to multi-task.
Developing product knowledge including courseware, assessments, and management system functions. Working with the appropriate district and site-level personnel to outline the implementation plan. Working with program coordinator(s) to manage and monitor program implementation.
