A company that delivers Product Lifecycle Management consulting is filling a position for a Remote Helpdesk Analyst. Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Provide maintenance and monitoring support.
Required Skills: JIRA/Confluence platform experience. Ability to manage a 15-person team effectively and efficiently. Adept at setting up meaningful KPIs for the Marketing, Sales and HelpDesk teams. Knowledge and experience with Operational Methodology, such as Agile, Scrum, EOS etc.
Staffing the support desk. Helping with user’s questions and needs. Required Skills: Experience researching complex issues and finding creative solutions. Exceptional writing and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving workflow.
