Position Requirements Include: Assists in presentation delivery. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent relevant education and/or experience) Minimum of 5 - 7 years of HR, compensation, data manipulation and analysis experience.

Travel up to 50% Human Capital Management/HR Domain expertise. Experience with project management, familiarity with Statements of Work and Master Service Agreements. Proficient with Salesforce. com and report production. Ability to write technical, administrative and marketing materials.
Some travel is required. RHIA, RHIT, and/or CCS. I-10-CM/PCS training. Minimum 5 years inpatient and/or outpatient coding and auditing experience in an acute care facility. Computer proficiency, able to research coding questions and utilize internal educational resources.
