An outpatient imaging company is seeking a Telecommuting Human Resources Generalist in Los Angeles. Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Completing special projects by clarifying project objective.
Ability to travel approximately 10-25% and attend conferences and meetings with customers, prospects, and key internal resources. Undergraduate degree. 2 or more years of Product Management or Business Analyst experience. 2 or more years related work experience in Healthcare software industry.
Coordinating member visits with providers and specialists as needed. Administering all provider resources through the care continuum. Must meet the following requirements for consideration: Traveling to member homes & provider facilities. Knowledge of Federal and State assistance programs.
Providing cloud customers with dedicated resources that will guide and help customers achieve maximum value from their Infor investment. Bringing micro-vertical expertise and a deep understanding of how to mitigate the challenges of transitioning to the cloud.
Distort resources to high potential options. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrated by effective presentation, influence, and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage our employee handbooks, HR resources, technology platforms, and intranet to ensure that all staff have easy access to appropriate policies and support in a timely manner. Qualifications Include: Up to 15% travel to our regional offices.
Developing methodology and statistical modeling. Maintaining budgets, resource plans, and statements of work. Skills and Requirements Include: Travel 25 % of the Time. Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Medical Informatics, Computer Science or similar field of study.
Advocating for the member/patient and family among various sites to coordinate resource utilization. Encouraging client/member/patient participation and compliance in the clinical program efforts. Required Skills: Travel or on call work specific to the care management program.
Must be able to: Source candidates, screen resumes, interview applicants and refer qualified candidates to Human Resources. Act as the subject matter expert for recruitment related questions for hiring managers and human resources.
Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills. Resourceful, go-getter attitude who appreciates the opportunity in challenge. Ability to effectively communicate with senior level decision makers within organizations. Able to successfully handle objections and demonstrate negotiation skills.
