A humanresources and business solutions provider is filling a position for a Remote HumanResources Specialist in the Waltham Area. Core Responsibilities of this position include: Managing assigned book of business. Developing and delivering customized HR solutions.
Coordinating internal resources for flawless execution of projects. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope. Must meet the following requirements for consideration: Training & certifications Paid conference attendance (1x/year minimum)
Must have valid driver's license. Bachelors degree in related field or 4+ years experience. Knowledge of Long Term Care programs. Resourceful and have knowledge of community resources. Other requirements as outlined in the job description.
Selling to customers in the DOT Compliance, Industrial Safety (OSHA), and HumanResources markets. Skills and Requirements Include: Ability to be on-site for new hire training, and occassional travel to Neenah/Appleton, WI (10% travel) Experience with outbound calling sales.
At least 5 years of proven experience determining and executing on strategies. Deep understanding on the subtleties of adoption funnels. Experience designing creative experiments that are user friendly and high-impact. Experience with roadmapping and resource allocation.
Must be able to: Mentor and train Jr. and mid-level resources. Maintain development and integration standards. Participate in pre-sales efforts and strategic project planning. Skills and Requirements Include: Ability to travel for initial project set-up and major milestones.
Directing C-level activities that are necessary to strengthen client relationships. Leading a robust team of resources chartered with selling product and service. Must meet the following requirements for consideration: Capability to occasionally meet or work onsite may be requested.
Developing projects and resources and deliver coordination and collaboration support. Qualifications Include: 30% travel required to provide technical assistance to assigned states/territories. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Public Administration, or related degree.
Evaluating the results of timelines and resource plans and recommends changes. Continually analyzing performance against plan and is proactive in planning sales activities. Summarizing complex situations or data sets into easily understood information. Skills and Requirements Include:
